VISION
The purpose of this pilot program is to provide support to pastors with the non-professional counseling load. This will be accomplished through identifying the skilled encouragers within their respective congregations. Most pastors rely on key individuals as encouragers to those in trouble. Our goal would be to provide training to those individuals that are naturally gifted listeners with a structure that offers ministry to the masses. It is a structured method of doing discipleship that  is focused on a specific need. Participants must be recommended by the pastor and/or church leadership.

Each participant in the pilot program will be prepared with the knowledge, skills and desire to help others become whole in their personal, interpersonal and spiritual life. As each encourager/helper is sharing, their gifts of listening and guiding. They too will learn about themselves and their own purpose and passion.

The experience for each encourager participant will be so rewarding they will encourage others to be trained in this role; as well as, to take advantage
of the services being offered.  Ultimately, the encourager who has completed the training will gain experience in performing in this role of a helper and in time will feel comfortable and knowledgeable in their role and want to train others. As encouragers are trained and begin to function in this gift, the congregation will move closer in mind, body and spirit both individually and collectively.

We value:
·         Providing services, rooted in Biblical truth and ethics, for the Christian community and the community at large.
·         Practicing our God-given spiritual gifts of love, discernment, encouragement, teaching, healing, knowledge, administration,
helping, and wisdom.
·         Extending services to those who have very limited financial resources and significant needs
·         Encouraging all people, regardless of age, race, sex, ethnicity, or socio-economic status with respect, empathy and acceptance.
·         Affirming and carefully following the morals of the Christian faith.
